Propoganda and How it's Used

I've chosen to write about Tim Kaine's (Gov.of VA) "Start Strong" initiative.
In Kaine's address to the Joint Committees of Va he uses Confidence, Earnestness, and Sincerity to convince them of the importance of early education. Kaine also uses Statisics, some without context, as well as Repetition.
